1. Khai Kong Industrial undertake to deliver out most of the goods you ordered as early as within 2-5 business days; but delivery lead time is subjected to stock availability and production lead time which may be longer.
2. Khai Kong Industrial reserves the right to change the delivery date due to circumstances beyond our control; such as delayed shipment from overseas suppliers.
3. Default delay or defect in any of the delivery(ies) or item(s) shall be considered as a segregated default without giving the buyers the right to cancel the whole order.
4. Delivery must be taken not later than 3 months from the date of purchase, after which Khai Kong Industrial shall reserve the right to forfeit all deposits paid and cancel the order.
5. Buyer shall inspect goods upon delivery. Should there be any damage(s) or shortage(s), it must be made known to Khai Kong Industrial within 3 business days from the delivery date, complaints received after the stipulated date will not be entertained.
6. Khai Kong Industrial’s delivery men will not be responsible for the removal of old goods.

Local Delivery and Charges

To assure quick reliable delivery, we deliver all orders to Non P.O. box addresses during weekdays during these time slots 9:30am-12:00noon and 1:30pm-5:00pm.

Khai Kong Industrial provides FREE DELIVERY for any single order of SGD200.00 and above (exclusive of GST). Single trip delivery fee of between SGD20.00 to SGD40.00 will be incurred for order below SGD200.00 depending on area of delivery. Double trips delivery fee will be between SGD30.00 to SGD70.00.

Delivery destinations such as areas around Marina Bay, Marina View, Shenton Way, Raffle Quay, Tanjong Pagar Rd, Robinson Rd, Anson Rd, Collyer Quay, Church St, Chulia St, Fullerton Rd will need to meet minimum SGD500.00 in any single order to qualify for FREE DELIVERY. 

All products within a single order will be made in one delivery. Separate deliveries (up to 2 deliveries) within a single order can be provided upon request and case-by-case basis.

Alternative and cheaper Third party delivery service is also available for delivery for order below SGD200.00. Please check with our Salesperson for more information.

International Delivery

We do provide delivery service to overseas countries. We usually only provide delivery service from Singapore to the nearest seaport of the City of another country, however door to door delivery service will be on case by case basis. Feel free to contact us to provide a quotation on the relevant shipping charges if you require international delivery service. Do provide us the product model name/code, quantity you intend to purchase and the delivery destination address.
