These are the accepted modes of payment - PayNow, Paylah, NETS, NETS Flashpay and Cash.

NETS and NETS Flashpay payment can only be made at our showroom. 

 


This situation will be very rare but we will strongly encourage that you will be present or assign a representative to inspect the products upon delivery. We shall do a one-to-one exchange to replace the product with defect(s) on another soonest possible working day.

Nonetheless, if the defect(s) were discovered only after our delivery guys have left, please contact our Customer Service (+65-64824781) or Whatsapp us at +65-80660699 immediately within 7 calendar days. We will not be able to perform a free replacement of the product after 7 calendar days.


We offer 7-day warranty for all products. If you received a product you believe to be defective, contact us at +65-64824781 or Whatsapp us at +65-80660699 within 7 days of purchase for a free replacement. If, due to unavailability and/or actual product replacement cannot be made, we will credit the full purchase price amount towards future purchases of Khai Kong's products. Warranty replacement items or parts may be subjected to delivery and handling charges.

We also offer limited warranty for almost all of our products and up to 12 months depending the type of products. Please refer to our Warrantpage for more information.


Yes, you may self collect the items you ordered at our showroom/office. Payment can also be made at our showroom/office.

Please call us to inform in advance on when will you be self-collecting.

Self-collection Timing: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, Saturday 9am-2:30pm


Yes, we do provide removal or disposal service for your used/unwanted salon furniture and equipment. The condition for our disposal service can be provided  as long as . There will be disposal charges for each item and will be done during the same time when our delivery men deliver newly purchased products to you. Please contact our salesperson(s) to find out what are the applicable disposal charge for your item(s). Kindly send us photos of the unwanted furniture/equipment via email sales@khaikong.com or Whatsapp +65-80660699.


Yes, Khai Kong does customise in-house manufactured massage beds, trolleys, pedicure foot rest, stools and cushions. Do contact our salesperon(s) if you will like to customise any of the mentioned furniture. Conditions apply.


No, we do not sell used furniture or equipment. All our products sold are brand new.


No, we do not do trade-in for any of the used/old Khai Kong or non-Khai Kong products.
